The GTJZ-12 uses a six-stage scissor lifting structure with Q355 manganese-steel structural members, combined with a welded steel chassis for stable machine support.
The working platform uses a 3 mm anti-slip patterned steel plate, while the safety guardrail uses 35 × 35 mm square tubing. Main structural members include 120 × 80 × 4 mm sections according to the machine configuration.
Maintenance supports, lower controls, solid tires and the electric-hydraulic lifting system are integrated into the machine for routine operation, inspection and service access.
The maintenance-free battery system provides electric power for travel and lifting functions, with accessible compartment layout for routine inspection and charging.
